Join us on April 26th and 27th for the 27th annual Forestry Days at Fort Missoula! Co-hosted by the UM Woodsman Team and the Historical Museum at Fort Missoula, this event is fun for all ages.
Friday, April 26 kicks off Forestry Days with a collegiate timber sports competition between teams from western forestry schools while Saturday, April 27 is all about community with food trucks, beer garden, and professional timber sports athletes who have traveled across the nation to compete in the only Professional/Amateur timber sports competition in the country!
Events will be taking place from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Interactive demonstrations, sawing, chopping, hot saw, pole climbing, springboard, log rolling, choker racing and much more!
In addition to these exciting events, the Historical Museum at Fort Missoula will be showing off historical logging machines and equipment. So be sure to stop by and be a part of the celebration of Forestry in Missoula!
