Bruce Carlson & Ron Meissner at Draught Works
July 20 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Bruce Carlson, a veteran of both the Austin and Missoula music scenes, brings to the table a variety of original songs, interesting covers of material by friends and influencers, and 50+ years of musical experience. Highlights of which are the recording of his song “Montana Backroads” by Nanci Griffith on her first album, “There’s a Light Beyond These Woods”. Appearing with or opening for the likes of Nanci Griffith, Lyle Lovett, Bonnie Raitt, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Robert Earl Keen, and Townes Van Zandt, and playing with the Missoula band, the Federico Brothers.
Bruce will be joined by INCREDIBLE local musician Ron Meissner!
