Founded in 1972, and celebrating over 50 years, the Missoula Farmers Market is a favorite spot for Missoulians, to shop for produce locally grown and fresh picked, to meet friends, to linger with a cup of coffee and to enjoy the old fashioned charm of an open air market.
All local farmers, gardeners, and orchardists are invited to come and sell their produce.
The Market is open to back yard gardeners and small farmers with locally grown vegetables fruit, plants, flowers, eggs and honey.
The Missoula Farmers’ Market is an outlet only for vegetables, fruits, flowers, plants, eggs and honey produced in Western Montana.
Our Mission:The Missoula Underground is a hyper-local blog about the best the Missoula area has to offer: food/beverages, music, events, activities, local people and business.
Hyper-local means we don’t write about anything that isn't owned or locally managed or operated in the Missoula area. No corporate chains or businesses operated by investment groups from out of Montana.
We have a growing all-volunteer team of bloggers and contributors. We’re here because we care about our beloved Missoula area and want to showcase the best of what's here and what we love to do.
When you share our articles, you become part of a force for good in and around Missoula.
