Chili will be judged between 11:00 am -12:30 pm.  1st place wins $75\, 2nd place $50\, and third place $25. After the contest\, all chili is served for free to overall event attendees. Chili must be ready to serve by 11:00 am.\n\n\n\nCorn Bread Competition – $10/Cornbread: Have the best cornbread recipe? Enter the cornbread competition at Harvest Fest.  Cornbread will be judged from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. 1st place wins $30\, 2nd place wins $20\, and 3rd place wins $10. Banished to live as the bell ringer in the Notre Dame tower in Paris because of his physical deformities\, he lives as an outcast. One day he ventures outside\, declaring “If I picked a day to fly\, this would be it!” but is ridiculed by everyone except the lovely Esmerelda\, who pleads for mercy towards Quasimodo (“God Help the Outcasts”). The Academy Award-nominated score by Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz\, supported by the hauntingly rich voices of Missoula-area choirs\, will bring this powerful story to life. Quasimodo’s struggle for acceptance and love may find him to be an unlikely hero. DESCRIPTION:Unseen Missoula takes you on a walking two-hour Screams & Spirits Tour of Missoula’s haunted past\, starting in front of the fountain at First Interstate Bank downtown with advance tickets for selected  dates available throughout October\n\n\n\n\n\nAs the leaves begin to fall and the seasons begin to change\, Missoula’s most spine-chilling history starts to emerge. Step into the shadows and uncover Missoula’s haunted past. This chilling tour weaves together stories of forgotten cemeteries\, abandoned buildings\, and even tales of murder\, bringing the darker side of the city’s history to life. \n\n\n\nThe walking tour begins in front of the fountain at First Interstate Bank\, and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Since this is a Halloween tour\, we recommend dressing warmly for the cool evening air. Comfortable walking shoes are a must\, and while costumes are optional\, they’re always encouraged to add to the spirit of the evening! This experience is recommended for ages 12 and up. \n\n\n\nIn partnership with Cranky Sam\, each ticket includes a limited-edition Screams & Spirits sticker and a special coupon for a Cranky Sam brewing product. \n\n\n\nCash tips are always appreciated by our guides\, but never expected.
