DESCRIPTION:The original Missoula Farmers’ Market for over 54 years at BN Plaza at the XXXX’s at the end of Higgins in Downtown Missoula on Saturdays May 2 thru October 31 (8:00 am to 12:30 pm) and Tuesdays June 2 thru September 29 (5:00 pm to 7:00 pm) – featured music on May 2 is The Queens & Mr. G\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Missoula Farmers’ Market was formed in 1972 as a local farm and garden market. We’re open all growing season long\, from the first Saturday in May to the end of October. In the spring you will find veggie starts and greens\, summertime brings tomatoes\, huckleberries\, cherries\, peaches\, melons and corn\, and fall’s bounty includes squash & pumpkins\, apples and garlic. Locally grown\, raised\, gathered and processed meat\, eggs and mushrooms are available all season long. Celebrating over 50 years\, the Missoula Farmers’ Market is a favorite spot for Missoulians to shop for produce locally grown and fresh picked\, to meet friends\, to linger with a cup of coffee and to enjoy local music and the old fashioned charm of an open air market. \n\n\n\nThe original Missoula Farmers’ Market for over 54 years at BN Plaza at the XXXX’s at the end of Higgins in Downtown Missoula on Saturdays May 2 thru October 31 (8:00 am to 12:30 pm) and Tuesdays June 2 thru September 29 (5:00 pm to 7:00 pm) – featured music on May 2 is The Queens & Mr. G\n\n\n\nAll local farmers\, gardeners\, and orchardists are invited to come and sell their produce. \n\n\n\nThe Market is open to back yard gardeners and small farmers with locally grown vegetables\, fruit\, plants\, flowers\, eggs and honey. \n\n\n\nThe Missoula Farmers’ Market is not only an outlet for vegetables\, fruits\, flowers\, plants\, eggs\, honey and agricultural crafts produced in Western Montana.
