DESCRIPTION:Blue Sky Gun Shows of Montana makes a stop this weekend at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds in Hamilton\, with hours on Friday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm\, Sunday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are the largest host of gun shows all across Montana! We are a family run business and take our Second Amendment right very seriously. Please join us for an experience your whole family can enjoy! \n\n\n\n\n\nKids 15 & Under are Free / Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGUN SHOW RULES \n\n\n\nPlease read: \n\n\n\n\nAll Federal\, State and Local Laws must be obeyed at all times.\n\n\n\nAll transactions are to take place INSIDE the gun show building. NOEXCEPTIONS.\n\n\n\nTo prevent accidental discharge NO loaded firearms are allowed in thegun show\, including persons with a concealed handgun permit\, exceptarmed security provided by show management or Law EnforcementOfficers.\n\n\n\nAll firearms must have the actions tied to render them inoperable.\n\n\n\nLoose cartridges are not allowed near firearms. Any dummy roundsmust have the primers removed and holes drilled through the side.\n\n\n\nAll removable magazines must be removed.\n\n\n\nNo Alcoholic Beverages.\n\n\n\nA responsible adult must accompany minors.\n\n\n\n\n\nMAY dispose of long guns to residents of any State\, provided that thepurchaser is at least 18 years of age\, the laws of both States arecomplied with\, and all provisions of the Brady Law are met.\n\n\n\nMAY dispose of firearms to any FFL.\n\n\n\nMAY acquire firearms from any FFL licensed in the State and from anynon-licensed individual.\n\n\n\nMAY take orders of any firearm from a non-licensee and ship the same toa licensee in the purchaser’s State of residence from whom thepurchaser can then take possession after the provisions of the Bradylaw are met.\n\n\n\n\nDEALERS NOT LICENSED IN THIS STATE: \n\n\n\n\nMUST display license.\n\n\n\nMUST comply with all ATF recordkeeping requirements concerning theacquisition of firearms.\n\n\n\nMAY acquire firearms from any FFL licensed in this State and from anynon-licensed individual.\n\n\n\nMAY make a sale and deliver curio or relic firearms to any other FFLlicensed in any State as long as the laws of both States are complied.\n\n\n\nMAY ship curio or relic firearms from this show to any other FFL.\n\n\n\nMAY display and take orders.\n\n\n\nNON-LICENSED RESIDENTS OF THIS STATE\n\n\n\nMAY acquire long guns or handguns from FFLs licensed in this State\,provided all provisions of the Brady law are met.\n\n\n\n\nMAY dispose of personal firearms to any FFL. \n\n\n\nMAY acquire from and dispose of personal firearms tonon-licensed residents of the State. However\, non-licensed individuals may not be engaged in the businessof dealing in firearms with a Federal firearms license. \n\n\n\nCANNOT acquire from or dispose of firearms to non-licensed residents of any other State. \n\n\n\nCANNOT ship in interstate commerce\, except to themselvesor an FFL\, a firearm that has otherwise been lawfullyacquired; must\, when shipping to themselves\, declare thefirearm to the commercial or contract carrier. \n\n\n\nNON-LICENSED RESIDENTS FROM ANOTHER STATE: \n\n\n\nMAY dispose of firearms to any FFL. \n\n\n\nMAY acquire long guns only from FFLs licensed in theState\, provided the laws of both States are complied withand all provisions of the Brady law are met. \n\n\n\nMAY order firarms from any FFL and have them shippedfrom the show to an FFL in their State of residence by acommercial or contract carrier in accordance withState an Federal law. \n\n\n\nCANNOT acquire handguns.CANNOT acquire from or dispose of firearms to non-licensed individuals. \n\n\n\n\nNo audio or visual equipment allowed without permission of the gun show management.\n\n\n\nWalking isles must be kept clear during the open hours of the show.\n\n\n\nAll self-defense spray must be in sealed packages.\n\n\n\nAll lasers and stun devices must have the batteries removed or not be accessible by the public.\n\n\n\nShow security reserves the right to inspect any packages\, containers or personal belongings entering or leaving the show.\n\n\n\nParking guidelines must be adhered to. RV’s must park in designated RV parking and pay a parking fee if spending the night. Reservations can be made by contacting the facility during normal business hours.\n\n\n\nFailure to keep your table space occupied and open for business during the open hours of the show\, without management approval\, may cause the loss of your space at future gun shows.\n\n\n\nVendors and staff will be supplied with badges and must be worn during the gun show.\n\n\n\nNo pets allowed inside the gun show without prior approval.\n\n\n\nAny Emergency should be reported to show management as quickly as possible.\n\n\n\n\n\nSafety and Security is our #1 priority!
