You’re in luck! Fall is upon on us and it is time to dust off your cruisers and join in one of Missoula’s most beloved community rides. The Tweed Ride is a leisurely family-friendly bike ride through town\, in which ride participants are encouraged to wear tweed\, wool\, or other vintage attire. No charge for tickets\, this ride is donation based…come join us! Donations support the operational costs of Free Cycles. \n\n\n\nHere’s this year’s Tweed Ride Plan: Meet at Free Cycles between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Ride leaves from Free Cycles at 4:00 pm\, goes on a 4-mile loop around town\, and returns to Free Cycles for a family -friendly party from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm\, with tea\, treats\, charcuterie\, photos\, best-of contest\, socializing\, soup\, fire\, music and games! \n\n\n\n*Best-of Categories:Best DressedBest ‘DooBest ‘StacheBest BikeDoff of the Cap \n\n\n\nFree Cycles strongly believes in healthy transportation and healthy community. SUMMARY:Bonner Blast Ride with Women Bike Missoula
DESCRIPTION:Meet up with Women Bike Missoula for the Bonner Blast Bike Ride starting 11:00 at Sunday\, October 19 at the Milltown State Park Confluence Area\n\n\n\n\n\n*New Ride!* \n\n\n\nThis will be an easy\, out-and-back ride of about 8 miles total. We’ll begin at the Bonner Milltown historic Black Bridge parking lot and first check out the Milltown Dam Park (if available).  Then we will backtrack up to the bridge\, and follow the bike-ped path that parallels I-90 as far as it goes. We’ll cross over to a quiet residential road and ride back to the parking lot. We’ll plan on lunch at the River City Grill at the end of the ride. \n\n\n\nThis is an e-bike friendly ride. \n\n\n\nFor all our rides: don’t forget your helmet\, lock\, water\, sunscreen and bike light if necessary. If weather conditions exist where the ride would need to be cancelled (heat\, air quality\, thunderstorms)\, someone from WBM will be at the trailhead(s) to let you know.
