DESCRIPTION:Take part in Missoula’s 33rd Annual Festival of the Dead Procession starting at 5:30 pm Sunday\, November 2 at the XXXXs and Depot Park at the north end of Higgins in Downtown Missoula\n\n\n\n\n\nStart at the XXX’s on the north end of Higgins with a welcoming ceremony by SnYelMn drum group at 5:30 pm. The Procession starts at 6:00 pm\, moves down Higgins Avenue to Caras Park where there will be performances by the UM African Dance Class\, Missoula Samba Batería\, and more…everyone is welcome!If you want to participate in the procession\, please start lining up on East Alder Street near the locomotive at 5:00 pm. We invite you to join us for a multi-day celebration honoring the Latin American tradition and enjoying this time with our community. \n\n\n\nSaturday\, November 1st – Community Ofrendas• 12:00 pm Noon – 8:00 pm: Community Ofrendas and MemorabiliaCommunity members are welcome to bring 5×7 or smaller sized photos\, memorabilia\, and ofrendas to place on the altar.
