Photos and gentle petting are welcome – just remember to keep all dogs on leashes and at least 10 feet away to keep the reindeer comfortable. \n\n\n\nAnd while visiting the reindeer\, don’t forget to pick up your last-minute gifts for all the good boys and girls on your list! \n\n\n\nA BIG thank you to Glacier Bank for making this magical holiday moment possible!

This fun and family-friendly event highlights holiday favorites\, dancing and games with the UM Jazz Band II under the direction of Rob Tapper.  Beginning at 2:00 pm\, this free event is for parents and young children as a great way to start off the holiday season and is a fantastic opportunity for young children to begin an appreciation for music and dancing. Pricing varies based on location. All ages are welcome. \n\n\n\nTake a look at these tips to best prepare yourself for a smooth ticket buying experience. \n\n\n\nAdditional ticketing and venue information can be found here. \n\n\n\nAbout Holiday Swing\n\n\n\nThe University of Montana Jazz Program is excited to present the Annual 2025 Holiday Swing on December 14th at The Wilma in downtown Missoula. An evening of holiday big band classics\, a live and silent auction\, and delicious appetizers by Top Hat Catering. \n\n\n\nThe Holiday Swing provides vital funds for the UM Jazz Program supporting scholarships\, faculty and guest artists as well as national and international touring opportunities.  The UM Jazz Ensemble toured Europe in summer of 2024 and California in 2025. \n\n\n\nThe Holiday Swing’s special guest this year is grammy nominated vocalist Jamie Shew (Los Angeles). Jamie  has performed internationally as with some of the greatest musicians in the business. \n\n\n\nThank you for supporting the University of Montana Jazz Program by attending this fun-filled event.
