We’re open all growing season long\, from the first Saturday in May to the end of October. In the spring you will find veggie starts and greens\, summertime brings tomatoes\, huckleberries\, cherries\, peaches\, melons and corn\, and fall’s bounty includes squash & pumpkins\, apples and garlic. Locally grown\, raised\, gathered and processed meat\, eggs and mushrooms are available all season long. Celebrating over 50 years\, the Missoula Farmers’ Market is a favorite spot for Missoulians to shop for produce locally grown and fresh picked\, to meet friends\, to linger with a cup of coffee and to enjoy local music and the old fashioned charm of an open air market. \n\n\n\nThe original Missoula Farmers’ Market for over 54 years at BN Plaza at the XXXX’s at the end of Higgins in Downtown Missoula on Saturdays May 2 thru October 31 (8:00 am to 12:30 pm) and Tuesdays June 2 thru September 29 (5:00 pm to 7:00 pm)\n\n\n\nAll local farmers\, gardeners\, and orchardists are invited to come and sell their produce. \n\n\n\nThe Market is open to back yard gardeners and small farmers with locally grown vegetables\, fruit\, plants\, flowers\, eggs and honey. \n\n\n\nThe Missoula Farmers’ Market is not only an outlet for vegetables\, fruits\, flowers\, plants\, eggs\, honey and agricultural crafts produced in Western Montana. Mountain Line is a Zero-Fare service so you can easily catch a bus and ride into Downtown. They run seven days a week\, and the bus runs late at night. \n\n\n\nBike Downtown! Or walk! Enjoy Missoula’s awesome trail system. \n\n\n\nYES – Parking spots designated as leased spaces in the parking garages ARE AVAILABLE for public use evenings and weekends. NO – you won’t get ticketed or towed if you park in a leased spot evenings and weekends. \n\n\n\nParking throughout Downtown is FREE after 5:00 pm\, or after 6:00 pm in the garages\, and on weekends. \n\n\n\nImportant to note: the above parking guidelines are relevant to spaces and lots managed by the Missoula Parking Commission only. Privately owned lots may have different parameters; please adhere to posted signage.

Formed by original members vocalist/guitarist John “JB” Bell\, bassist Dave Schools and late guitarist Michael Houser\, who lived together in a suburban house in Athens\, GA\, where they met as students not far from the University of Georgia campus\, later to be joined by drummer Todd Nance. The band’s line-­‐up was solidified with the addition of percussionist Domingo “Sunny” Ortiz and keyboard player John “JoJo” Hermann and Duane Trucks on drums. \n\n\n\nOver three decades have past since forming their original line-­‐up in 1986\, Widespread Panic is still hungry to be the best band they can be\, every single night\, for their loyal fan base. Their accomplishments over that time are well-­‐documented. During their impressive run\, the band has released 12 studio albums (including Street Dogs) and 43 live albums\, selling more than 3 million copies as one of the most successful touring acts in the world. Widespread Panic has broken attendance records at major venues throughout the country\, including a staggering 48 sold-­‐out shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison\, Colorado. A banner hangs in the rafters at Philips Arena in Atlanta where the band has 18 sellouts\, with records also set at Lakefront Arena in New Orleans\, Oak Mountain Amphitheater near Birmingham\, AL and the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival where Panic has headlined eight times\, breaking the single day attendance record with 63\,000. The band has headlined most of the major U.S. festivals\, including Bonnaroo (eight times)\, Lollapalooza\, Austin City Limits\, Lockn’ Music Festival\, Outside Lands Music Festival\, Forecastle Festival\, Phases of the Moon\, Rothbury Festival\, All Good Music Festival\, Gathering of the Vibes and many more. To commemorate Widespread Panic’s 25th anniversary in 2011\, the State of Georgia’s Senate and House of Representatives passed resolutions honoring the group for their music\, service\, charity and longevity\, while they were also inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. \n\n\n\n“We acknowledge this is a milestone few groups get to achieve\,” admits JB about their remarkable longevity. “It’s like Hemingway’s Old Man and the Sea. Every time we go out there\, we learn more tricks\, bring that knowledge with us\, and then apply it. We’re way more experienced\, focused and to the point\, but still willing to stretch out without wandering too much.”
