SUMMARY:Rattlesnake / Booty Ridge Hike with Montana Dirt Girls
DESCRIPTION:Meet up with Montana Dirt Girls at 6:00 pm on January 21 at Missoula’s Rattlesnake Recreation Area trailhead parking lot for a Wednesday Night Hike up Ewok Trail to Sawmill Gulch and Booty Ridge\n\n\n\n\n\nBooty Ridge Hike – Rattlesnake Recreation AreaThis hike will involve some off-trail hiking and a steep downhill. We will hike up to Sawmill Gulch on Ewok Trail\, then bushwhack up and across Booty Ridge\, and back down to Ewok. There are some icy areas at Rattlesnake right now!Poles\, grippers\, gaiters\, and a headlamp suggested. Route is about 3.5 miles and 800’ elevation gain. \n\n\n\nAfter the hike we’ll head down to the Mo Club for a burger if you are interested. \n\n\n\nTrail Map \n\n\n\nItems to bring:Layers of clothing Water                    * SnacksHeadlamp (charged or fresh batteries)* Bear Spray
