DESCRIPTION:VonCommon Studios’ Celebration! exhibit opens at Downtown Missoula’s Confluence Center from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on First Friday\, September 4 with an afterparty following from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Confluence Center (Western Montana’s Home for Nonprofit Events) art program Torrents is thrilled to present a magical evening of art\, music\, and community. \n\n\n\nFor September\, we are hosting our favorite artist collective VonCommon Studios for their Annual Art Show! \n\n\n\nVonCommon is a nonprofit communal art studio helping artists create art and community since 2011.  \n\n\n\nBesides providing low cost studio space\, VonCommon has always excelled in creating a safe communal place where artists can find each other and thrive.  \n\n\n\nMany of Missoula’s favorite artists found their roots between VonCommon’s walls\, and this year we want to celebrate all the joy this special collective has brought to life. \n\n\n\nCome see a variety of artists there to support VonCommon: Abi Gontarek\, April Dearduff\, Ashley Huotari\, Brooke O’Shay Sheridan\, Courtney Blazon\, Gretel Stoudt\, Jennifer Baylis\, Julee Hall\, Kent Means\, ladypajama\, Maia Hangas\, Nikci King\, Stacey Klocke and more!Opening reception will be pm First Friday\, September 4 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.Then – be sure to stick around for the Afterparty from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. \n\n\n\nCelebration! will remain on display through September 4\, and can be seen by appointment through the Confluence Center: 406-926-6526. \n\n\n\nThere will also be a Closing Reception held on Friday\, September 25 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
