DESCRIPTION:Meet up at 6:00 pm at the UM Footbridge parking lot for this week’s TNR / Thursday Night MTB Ride up Deer Creek to the top of Mount Sentinel\n\n\n\n\n\nDeer Creek to Mount Sentinel RideThis Thursday we’ll link up the Deer Creek Sneak loop with a climb to the top of Mount Sentinel. We’ll meet up at 6:00 pm to roll out from the University Footbridge on the Kim Williams Trail\, head up the Deer Creek Sneak climb\, then continue on to the Sentinel summit to take in the late summer sunset views. Meet up at the Rattlesnake Main Trailhead parking lot at 6:00 pm. We’ll start with the Wallman loop\, climbing Spring Gulch and returning on the Main Corridor. From there we’ll head up Curry Gulch to the Grant Creek divide and then descend Dropout and Ewok back to the parking area. \n\n\n\nFor a shorter option\, just join us for the Wallman loop. DESCRIPTION:Meet up with Missoula MTB Coalition at Fort Fizzle Picnic Area in Lolo at 11:00 am Saturday for a shuttle ride up Mormon Creek Road and a mountain bike ride down Mill Creek Trail\n\n\n\n\n\nCatch a ride with MTB Missoula this weekend. We’re breaking out the huckwagon for a Mill Creek lap! \n\n\n\nMeet at the Fort Fizzle Picnic Area by 11:00 am to load up. We’ll give you a lift up Mormon Peak Road. Take a short pedal to Mill Creek and enjoy a continuous 2800 foot decent to the bottom! Of course we’ll have some grub and brews waiting for ya. $20 suggested donation. \n\n\n\nSteep switchbacks and rock gardens will put your arms and brakes to the test\, but the nonstop action and views are sure to make up for it. Spots are limited\, RSVP online to reserve yours!

Join us Tuesday September 23rd at 6:00 pm at the base area for another dig. The days are getting shorter so we’ll work for as long as we’ve got light. As such\, we will aim to be heading up to the work area at 6:05 pm – if you miss us at the base\, walk up the trail from the bottom; we won’t be far. We’ll have a cooler full of drinks provided by our sponsors Big Sky Brewing and Western Cider for afterwards. Keep an eye on our social media for possible cancellations. Hope to see you there!Due to the nature of building new trail on challenging terrain\, please be aware that we will be both walking and working on steep/off camber terrain\, so footwear with ankle support is highly encouraged.
