Originally formed in the early 1980s by a group of graduate students living in a farmhouse in the small village of Batesville\, Virginia\, the band quickly built a reputation for their electric live shows.Though their careers eventually took them to different corners of the country and the world\, the band has never stopped playing. Every year\, they hit the road for an annual reunion tour\, recruiting fresh younger talent along the way to keep the energy high.
