Dirty Heads also have over 2.4 million unique monthly listeners on Spotify. \n\n\n\nThe band’s global appeal reached new heights in 2021\, when their hit “Vacation” (originally released in 2017) garnered over 6 billion views and streams across social media via the ubiquitous #VacationTransition challenge that originated organically with users on TikTok. \n\n\n\nThe group formed when punk rocker Dustin Bushnell (aka Duddy B) asked his friend\, rapper Jared Watson (aka Dirty J)\, to collaborate on a project that would focus on positive vibes and infectious grooves. Watson added singing to his vocal skills\, and later with percussionist Jon Olazabal\, drummer Matt Ochoa\, and bassist Dave Foral\, Dirty Heads began building an immense audience. \n\n\n\nIn 2008\, Dirty Heads released their acclaimed album Any Port in a Storm\, with a deluxe edition following in 2010. The deluxe version featured the track “Lay Me Down” with special guest Rome Ramirez of Sublime with Rome. The song reached number one on Billboard‘s Alternative Songs in May 2010\, and nine weeks later it established a record as the song with the longest stint atop the chart for an independently released title. \n\n\n\nThey followed up two years later with Cabin by the Sea and later recorded an acoustic version of the title track. This\, in turn\, led to an entire acoustic album in 2013 called Home: Phantoms of Summer. Dirty Heads’ next album\, Sound of Change\, proved to be a breakthrough for the now-veteran band\, debuting at number eight on the Billboard Top 200 while topping the Independent and Alternative Albums charts upon its May 2014 release. \n\n\n\nBuilding on their renewed success\, Dirty Heads enlisted a bevy of industry hitmakers to work on their self-titled 2016 follow-up\, which — thanks to its mainstream appeal — again charted high on the Billboard Top 200. The following year saw the band drop its sixth studio album\, Swim Team\, featuring the singles “Vacation” and “Staloney.” \n\n\n\nInspired by current events and the fan interpretations of their music in the #VacationTransition challenge\, the band went into the studio to work on new music. In 2021\, Dirty Heads released The Best Of Dirty Heads compilation\, which included a new collaboration\, single “Rage\,” with Travis Barker and Aimee Interrupter of The Interrupters. The band also released their highly anticipated 8th studio album\, Midnight Control\, in August 2022\, which featured 10 all-new songs\, including their take on Joe Walsh’s 1978 hit “Life’s Been Good.” \n\n\n\nIn 2023\, Dirty Heads released the digital deluxe version of their album Midnight Control\, featuring 23 tracks\, including acoustic versions of hit songs “Rescue Me\,” “Life’s Been Good\,” and “Island Glow\,” lo-fi versions of 3 album tracks\, 3 unreleased songs\, and more in addition to all 10 tracks from the original album. \n\n\n\nBefore performing their Top 5 hits “Life’s Been Good” and “Rescue Me” on The Today Show in 2023\, hosts Hoda & Jenna presented the band with a RIAA platinum plaque for their hit “Vacation\,” acknowledging sales of more than 1 million digital downloads since its release by Better Noise Music. The band’s take on “Life’s Been Good” has been streamed over 34 million times since its release and climbed to the Top 5 on the Mediabase Alternative chart. Dirty Heads also completed 29 dates on their Slightly Dirty Summer Tour across the U.S. with co-headliners Slightly Stoopid. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Rome \n\n\n\nFor more than a decade\, Rome Ramirez has been the voice behind a sound that shaped summers and soundtracked road trips. As the frontman of Sublime with Rome\, he’s played to packed crowds around the world and helped carry the torch for a band that defined a generation. But now\, for the first time\, he’s stepping out entirely on his own. \n\n\n\nBorn in the Bay Area to first generation Mexican-American parents\, Rome grew up surrounded by love\, hustle\, and music. Bob Marley played in the background. So did his mom’s classic soul and his dad’s rock records. He got his first guitar at 11 and started writing songs the way most kids played video games: all day\, every day. \n\n\n\nAt 20\, he landed the gig of a lifetime\, stepping into Sublime’s legacy and helping shape its nextera. With four albums\, multiple gold and platinum records\, and collaborations with artists from Dirty Heads to Enrique Iglesias to Blues Traveler\, Rome built a career on versatility and straight-up talent. But somewhere in the middle of everyone else’s projects\, he lost track of what his music sounded like. \n\n\n\nHis solo work is a return to roots not just sonically\, but spiritually. It’s honest\, melodic\, and genre-fluid: a mix of reggae\, soul\, and rock that feels like if Bob Marley\, Leon Bridges\, and Tom Petty cut a record in Nashville. There are live instruments. There are lyrics that say something. And there’s no pretending. \n\n\n\nThe debut solo album\, set for 2025\, is full of the kind of songs that make you want to roll the windows down. “Why Me?” is a laid-back\, grateful reflection on the weird road Rome’s been on. “Back to the Start” is a love letter to long-haul relationships. And “Knew Me” is a wink at everyone who thinks they’ve got him figured out. He collaborated with various friends across the project\, including powerhouse producer Dann Huff (Taylor Swift\, Keith Urban\, Josh Groban\, Carrie Underwood)\, whose touch brought new depth to tracks like “Back to the Start” and “Why Me?” \n\n\n\nAfter years of writing for others\, he’s writing for himself again – in between raising kids\, playing backyard shows\, and chasing the magic that got him into music in the first place. This is Rome\, without the filter. And he’s just getting started.

The group was formed in 2002\, in Brooklyn\, New York\, and it is composed of James Murphy\, Nancy Whang\, Pat Mahoney\, Rayna Russom\, Tyler Pope\, Al Doyle\, Matt Thornley and Korey Richey. The band was first signed under DFA Records\, a label co-founded by Murphy. They released several singles including “Losing My Edge”\, “Give it Up” and the hit “Movement” which peaked at number 52 in the UK Charts. They released their debut self-titled album in 2005 and in the same year they released the hit single “Daft Punk Is Playing at My House” which reached number 29 on the UK Charts. The single was also nominated for a Grammy for Best Dance Recording. They have collaborated with artists such as Miike Snow and Joywave. They released two more albums\, “Sound of Silver” and “This is Happening” before taking a break as a band. In 2017 they reunited and released a new album “American Dream”\, which features synth-pop sounds blended with dance. The album was nominated for Best Alternative Music Album at the Grammy Awards and the single “Tonite” won Best Dance Recording at the same Awards. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout VictorylandVictoryland is the Brooklyn-based project of musician Julian McCamman and Dan Howard. Their label debut\, My Heart Is A Room With No Cameras In It\, released January 23\, 2026\, via Good English\, is a triumphant\, despondent\, and ultimately fun experimental pop-rock album. My Heart wrangles with heavy subject matter (love\, disconnection\, sexual frustration\, emptiness\, etc.)\, but the terminal statement of the record is about the cleansing nature of pop music. That\, if a song can force you to “bliss out” over a hook or a loop\, or even make you dance\, it can be the spoonful of sugar to swallow the hard pill with; this is what Victoryland strives to do: package the most exhausting realities of life\, love\, and the search for connection in a world starved of it\, into a fun 2-5 minutes\, and for the runtime of Victoryland’s first major statement\, you might even feel like you’re not alone.”

Using electronic and acoustic means\, the instrumental five-piece—comprised of Hunter Brown (guitar/programming)\, Jeffree Lerner (percussion)\, David Phipps (keyboards)\, Zach Velmer (drums)\, and \n\n\n\nAlana Rocklin (bass)—channels the primordial and celestial\, producing a cutting-edge sound that has forged a path for multiple generations of electronic dance music. \n\n\n\nSTS9’s innate sense of innovation is grounded by the group’s desire to forge universal connections. Seamlessly integrating their exploratory and improvisation-based music with a fully immersive light show\, each performance is a transcendent celebration of humanity. With the help of the group’s dedicated fanbase\, STS9 has performed countless shows nationwide and consistently sells out venues like the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater\, where they have played over 30 times. The group has been honored with induction into the Colorado Music Hall of Fame and earns headlining slots at countless music festivals across the country. The group continues to find ways to build community\, consistently spearheading charitable efforts with their own Just Thanks Foundation and founding its own independent record label\, 1320 Records. \n\n\n\nHaving released twelve albums over the last 28 years\, STS9’s legacy unfolds into the future with their newest 2025 studio release\, Human Dream. These 19 tracks clearly represent the band’s current sound\, delving deep into the many facets of music the group is known for. From huge festival bangers\, to funk and jazz explorations\, intricate drum n bass\, and beautiful instrumentals\, Human Dream symbolizes the start of sharing music from STS9’s most prolific recording era to date. With more new releases on the horizon\, major festival appearances\, and a full US tour\, STS9 is poised to keep spreading their music and message in 2026 and beyond. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Dirtwire \n\n\n\nDirtwire stands poised between ancient Mother Earth and modern technology\, a blend of ethnomusicology and the psychedelic trance state\, gut-bucket delta blues and what the band variously dubs “back-porch space cowboy blues\, swamptronica\, and electro-twang.” It’s a sound informed by Dirtwire’s travels and performances around the globe\, where East meets West and North joins South. From the favelas in Brazil\, Femi Kuti’s Shrine in Lagos\, Tokyo’s bluegrass clubs\, Ayahuasca ceremonies in Central America\, Gamelan performances in Bali\, desert festivals in the Australian Outback\, and the 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s modernized new capital Astana\, the band spreads its message by building bridges across musical cultures in their own unique way.Dirtwire plays an array of instruments both ancient and modern\, including West African kamale ngonis\, jaw harps\, space fiddles\, whamola basses\, Rickenbacher electric 12 string guitars\, bowed Banjos and mouth harps from around the globe\, all interwoven into modern laptop beat creation. Hailing from the underground west coast electronic bass music scene Dirtwire finds itself at the forefront of experimental electronic music production mixing in their wide array of world instruments with sampled beats and 808’s. Dirtwire’s live shows are a communal psychedelic journey\, ranging from down home boot stomping get downs\, to bass and blues electronic mashups\, to ethereal cinematic beat driven soundscapes. Woven into each is the exploration of where live instruments meet computer production\, and where tradition meets experimentation.

SUMMARY:Pub Sing with Lake Missoula Old Time at Western Cider
DESCRIPTION:Join Lake Missoula Old Time for an a’capella community Pub Sing session at Western Cider from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm the 3rd Sunday each month\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin LMOT and Friends for a Pub Sing at our favorite local pub: Western Cider! This is a beginner-friendly collaborative singing gathering. \n\n\n\nPub Sing is a casual “singing jam” of sorts (not a performance!). A wide variety of songs are welcome\, but ones with catchy choruses\, call and response\, or that are generally “sing-along-able” work best. We take turns leading songs\, and everyone joins in on the chorus or other repeated parts. It’s also totally fine to just sing along! You don’t have to lead a song if you don’t want to. \n\n\n\nTraditional songs\, folk songs\, sea chanties\, etc. are all great genres to draw from. We sing a cappella\, so no instruments are needed. \n\n\n\nFeel free to bring print outs of lyrics to share 🙂We hope you’ll join us!
