Introducing Aiko’s! A Japanese Fusion food truck open Tuesday – Saturday serving up a variety of fried dishes and family recipes. Our food is made to order using as many local ingredients as possible.
Our menu rotates weekly as we bring new recipes for you to try! With our recent expansion into a food truck, we’ll be expanding our menu so be on the lookout for new recipes to try and let us know what you like best!

Hyper-local means we don’t write about anything that isn't owned or locally managed or operated in the Missoula area. No corporate chains or businesses operated by investment groups from out of Montana.
