Food is a Journey…
It’s an incredible thing the power of a journey. Like a train that has been driven to a speed then looses all power… it simply cannot stop
Our journeys have brought us to be among some of the world’s best people, the people of Montana. We are excited about sharing our gifts and joys of food with all we come to know and serve here. So many have asked us about food and our desire to produce a good product and a fun menu almost to try and find our “angle” per se… only to find that we just love food and serving people. There is great joy in seeing your art, food, go into someone’s hands and be enjoyed… savored… loved. This is one of the reasons we find food so rewarding is that this artistic medium has an immediate gratification response. It is either enjoyed or not. Unlike a painting hung on a wall for years before some will come to know its depths…food is eaten. That makes it all the more fun.
What we desire to do is produce the best tasting food we can with the given ingredients.
We hope to meet others who long to experience those joys of having our food art and to be those that savor, enjoy, and love it.
As we continue our journey we are excited to get to meet and know so many new people each day and we get excited when we think about how you, the consumer, of our art will also become apart of our journey and us yours.
