20th Annual BBB: Boulders, Blues & Brews with Wailing Aaron Jennings at Free Cycles

Boulders, Blues, and Brews is happening this Friday, September 27 at Free Cycles! This is a fundraiser for Protect the Clearwater, a non-profit challenging an open-pit gravel mine in the Seeley Lake area. To raise money to challenge the mine, the UM Environmental Law Group is hosting a night of music, dancing, and drinks featuring Luke Zagar and Wailing Aaron Jennings. There will also be some incredible raffle prizes, snacks, and good conversation.

From Protect the Clearwater: “We advocate for citizen participation and government accountability, challenging the Montana Department of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) practices that neglect consideration of groundwater and drinking well contamination, asphalt plant emissions, conflicts with wildlife, noise pollution, visual impacts, threats to public health, and decreased local property values.”
