EddyJ & Marlene “Ginger” Murdo rock The Springs at Philipsburg Brewing Company Saturday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
When you head all the way eastward up to the end of Philipsburg’s Broadway Street, you arrive at The Springs – Philipsburg Brewing Company’s large brewing and bottling facility, and also home of Montana Silver Springs Water! Perhaps most importantly for this post, this spot is the home of a wonderful natural amphitheater, and a favorite place for us to play out music!

What about the music, you ask? OK! It’s always great fun when VERY experienced musicians create something new. That’s what’s up, folks! Marlene Malloy-Murdo (Ginger!) – Vocals and Hand Percussion; and P-burg Native Ed Johnson – Guitars and vocals will mine tunes from five decades and at least as many genres.

On a somber note, our performance Saturday will honor our wonderful friend/bandmate Kevin Pederson – keyboardist and vocalist extraordinaire, who we lost in an unfortunate accident last weekend. We already miss him terribly, but he’d say “the show must go. one,” and go on it shall. RIP, our friend.

Classic rock, funk, country, pop, and more! Plus, This will be our only performance in the burg as a duo this year, so come have some fun with us at a wonderful venue! (Did I mention award-winning craft brews?!)
