Missoula Children’s Theatre “Blackbeard the Pirate” at MCT Center for the Performing Arts

An outing to the beach can be full of fun for a bunch of laid-back beach bums but start adding characters like upset crocodiles, joyful mermaids, very crabby crabs and the stage crawls with critter hijinks. Sam the giant clam puts in his two bits as the seaweed creatures take us back in time to meet the sailors and pirates of three hundred years ago. The pirate parrots may be pretty but watch out for their squawk! Follow Blackbeard and his pirates as they discover the true treasures of life…and maybe even the secret to a long one.
