Biking & Hiking: 
Wallman is a great hike or bike ride. Plus, the beargrass is blooming!  With streams full pool, be prepared to get some wet feet when we have to cross the stream before heading up Wallman.

Items to bring for biking* & hiking:

• layers of clothing

We have lots of gals coming in and out each week. Here are some good rules of thumb for the rides.

* Try to get the group started soon after 6:00 pm
* Do intros, and ask if we have any new gals
* Break into groups of no more than 10. Best to do by ability. 
* Find a volunteer to lead each group
* You don’t have to be the fastest in the group to lead, but just make sure we don’t leave someone behind.
* Have fun!
