Annual Canine Classic at Paws Up Resort in Greenough, Montana
Sign up your pups (and yourself) for the 18th Annual Canine Classic Half Marathon and 5– / 2-Mile Trail Runs, and Hike at The Resort at PawsUp in Greenough starting at 8:00 am Sunday, August 23

August 23 @ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Half-Marathon
Bring your furry friends for a fun 13.1 miles run through the woods of Greenough, over the gorgeous terrain and pasture prairie, along Elk Creek to the Blackfoot River on the secure property and well-marked trails of The Resort at PawsUp.

Dogs are welcome on or off leash on this trail and 4 aid stations with water are provided throughout this race. Your ticket price includes race timing, a gourmet barbeque buffet complete with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options, and some really fabulous swag and raffle prizes for you and your dog. All donations benefit Working Dogs for Conservation. It’s such a fun event and we hope to see you there. Than you for helping to make a difference for conservation and rescue dogs!

Approximately 1300 feet elevation gain

5-Mile
This 5-mile trail is fun and fabulous as you journey through an old gold mining forest and next to Elk Creek. Dogs are welcome on or off leash, and this route includes 1 aid station with water. Your ticket price includes race timing, as well as a gourmet barbeque buffet complete with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options, and some really fabulous swag and raffle prizes for you and your dog. All donations benefit Working Dogs for Conservation. Can’t wait for you to join us for this fun event, truly like no other, and help rescue dogs and conservation!

Approximately 500 feet elevation gain

2-Mile
This relaxing and family-friendly 2-mile run/walk trail is through a mostly shaded wooded trail. Dogs are welcome on or off leash for this course. Your ticket price includes race timing, as well as a gourmet barbeque buffet complete with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options, and some really fabulous swag and raffle prizes for you and your dog. All donations benefit Working Dogs for Conservation. Join us in making a difference for conservation while enjoying this beautiful property outdoors with us!

Untimed Hike – All Distances
For those that would prefer to socially distance themselves and/or their dogs, we offer an untimed run/hike option for all distances. We do still need to keep track of you on the trails though, so be sure to stop in at registration and let us know when you arrive and when you return! Your ticket price includes a gourmet barbeque buffet complete with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options, and some really fabulous swag and raffle prizes for you and your dog.
