Downtown Missoula Partnership hosts the 32nd Annual Garden City BrewFest at Caras Park with over 60 local & regional beers, seltzer and ciders, food trucks, and live music by DJ Coach Shane, Mudslide Charley and the Joan Zen Band from 12:00 pm Noon to 7:00 pm Saturday, May 2

Often imitated but never replicated, this is Montana’s ORIGINAL BrewFest! Join the Downtown Missoula Partnership at Caras Park to taste over 60 local and regional beers, seltzers, and ciders in the Heart of Missoula alongside a wine and mimosa bar.

While at the event, indulge in a variety of local food vendors, live music, and side quests and activities to keep you entertained.

Live Music Lineup:

DJ Coach Shane at Garden City BrewFest
DJ Coach Shane is a well-known community figure known for his wicked cool vibes and contagiously kind personality. Coach Shane knows how to spin good tunes and is the go-to party-starter for this event. Check out his setlist as he kicks off Garden City BrewFest!
Mudslide Charley
Mudslide Charley is a Missoula, Montana-born band that plays gutbucket blues and house rockin’ roots rock. The band draws inspiration from a more antiquated era when Muddy Waters and John Lee Hooker first fused the rough and rural vibes of Southern acoustic blues with modern electric instruments.
Joan Zen
Joan Zen has the sincere wish to bring joy, love, and happiness to her audience. Through thought-provoking lyrics coupled with infectious grooviness, JZ brings heart and soulfulness to her sound. Excellent funky-soul musical zen-tertainment for dancing and lis-zen-ing!

The Garden City BrewFest is free to attend and open to all ages. Bundle up, soak in the springtime views of Downtown Missoula, and enjoy free music from local artists.

To enjoy the beverage offerings, you must be 21 or older and purchase a drink glass or mug, both of which come with three tokens. Additional tokens are available for $2 per token. Now accepting cash AND credit cards!

Every year, the Garden City Brewfest depends on over 100 volunteers to help make the event a success. When you volunteer, you get a free taster glass and four tokens, along with a piece of exclusive Garden City BrewFest merch!

You can sign up for the following shifts:
Set-Up / Volunteer Check-In / Glass/Token Seller / Wristbanders / Beer Service / Tear Down & Clean Up
