Thursday, September 17, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm features an evening with master basket weaver Linda King at Missoula Art Museum.

Linda King, a member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, will share her basket-weaving practice inspired by her close friendship with Feddersen and reflecting the basket weaving featured in “Joe Feddersen: Earth, Water, Sky”. King will share her basket-weaving practice, offering visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the artistry, skill, and innovation that go into this laborious work.

Third Thursday is MAM’s monthly late-night museum experience, with exhibition-inspired programming for our community.
