In a small, conservative town in the 1950s, chaos and romance erupt when a mysterious, guitar-playing rebel named Chad rolls in on his motorcycle. With his swagger and love of music, Chad shakes up the town, inspiring unlikely romances, breaking down social barriers, and teaching everyone to follow their hearts.
