All the World’s a Stage – Dinner Gala at Bitterroot River Inn

All the World’s a Stage is a special fundraising gala hosted by Hamilton Players! All the World’s a Stage will be held on January 20, 2024, at Bitterroot River Inn in Hamilton.

It is the first time since the pandemic that Hamilton Players will be hosting an event like this, You’ll enjoy a fantastic meal catered by Mineshaft, entertainment by your favorite Hamilton Players, raffles, prizes, a live auction, a delightful silent auction…and more!

We invite you to take advantage of this limited, early-access opportunity. Individual tickets are $45 until the end of 2023. Then they will go up to $50.

Table opportunities are also available Not only is it an excellent chance for your business to be featured in our pre-, during, and post-event promotion that reaches thousands of people across the Bitterroot Valley, but you will also be able to pre-select your table theme from the limited availability at this exclusive event! The table opportunities are listed below, and table sponsors confirmed by December 15, 2023, will also be listed on the event poster.

● $2,500 (4 available) – Producers: Table & dinner for 8, choice of table theme, sponsor reception before the event, 4 bottles of wine, Hamilton Players swag, souvenir stemless wine glass, gift bags including 2024 season tickets, and a private table captain

● $5,000 (1 available) – Executive Producers: Table & dinner for 8, choice of table theme, sponsor reception before the event, open wine bar beverage service, Hamilton Players swag, souvenir stemless wine glass, gift bags including 2024 seasons tickets & exclusive gifts, a private table captain…and a special gift hand-made by a Hamilton Player!

There are a lot of perks to purchasing your table during this early-access opportunity, but the most fun is choosing your theme! Table themes are show-based, and each table will be decorated accordingly. You may choose any stage show for your table theme on a first come/first serve basis. Once a show has been claimed, no other table will be given the same title! All attendees are encouraged to dress up according to their table theme. Retro and vintage styles are popular, especially the 1920’s, so those table titles will go quickly. The earlier you commit, the more shows you have to choose from!
