Join the Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce Saturday, October 18 for the 3rd Annual Harvest Fest in Hungry Horse at Canyon Elementary School.

Events include an official 5k, children’s fun run and costume parade, dessert auction, pie eating contest, kid’s crafts, games and activities, chili cook-off, cornbread competition, FREE chili lunch while supplies last, kid’s competitions and more fall activities!

Entry Fee: Entry to the overall event is FREE (Donation to Canyon Kids Christmas Fund recommended, but not required)

A portion of this year’s proceeds will be donated to our featured nonprofit, Canyon Kids Christmas Fund.

Kid’s Corner: Fall themed activities put on by the Imagine If Library
Kids crafts and games
Tour of large equipment!
Spooky Substances
Yard Games (weather dependent)
Children’s Fun Run and Costume Parade (Wear your costume, join in on the fun run, and then showcase your costume after!)
FREE chili and cornbread lunch (until we run out)
Kid’s Relay Races and Competitions – NEW THIS YEAR!
& plenty more fall-themed activities!

Raffle Basket Tickets
Dessert Auction: Bring a dessert and/or bid on a dessert!
Pie Eating Contest: $5.00/entry
Chili Cook Off – $25/Chili: Enter your chili into the contest! Chili will be judged between 11:00 am -12:30 pm. 1st place wins $75, 2nd place $50, and third place $25. After the contest, all chili is served for free to overall event attendees. Chili must be ready to serve by 11:00 am.
Corn Bread Competition – $10/Cornbread: Have the best cornbread recipe? Enter the cornbread competition at Harvest Fest. Cornbread will be judged from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
1st place wins $30, 2nd place wins $20, and 3rd place wins $10.
Cornbread must be ready to serve by 11:00 am.
Enter both the chili and cornbread competition for only $30!

11:00 am: Official 5k

11:00 am to 12:30 pm: Chili & Cornbread Cook Off

11:00 am to 3:00 pm: Kid’s Crafts, Spooky Substances, & Activities

12:30 pm: 5k Award Ceremony

12:45 pm: Children’s Costume Parade and Fun Run

1:30 pm: Pie Eating Contest

2:00 pm: Kid’s Fall Competitions

2:30 pm: Dessert Silent Auction Ends

3:00 pm: End of Event
