Imagine Nation First Friday – Illustration Art Showcase, music w/ Natalia Boise & Dark Matter Stout new beer release
BEER RELEASE + FIRST FRIDAY ART + LIVE MUSIC
Dark Matter American Stout (5.7%) Dark Matter is the quintessential American Stout. Pouring a deep black color that reveals a dark auburn hue when held under light, with a pale tan head, this stout presents aromas of fresh roast cacao, dark coffee, toasted nuts, and subtle maple. Deep roast notes are sure to warm you up on a cold winter’s day and are complemented by the taste of bittersweet chocolate chips, burnt caramel, maple, and a beautifully intact dark malt character, rounded out by a clean, earthy hoppiness. A touch of oats and malted rye and a treated water profile wraps up the drinking experience with just enough softness and heft that makes this beer go down a lot quicker than you may expect. Available on draft and in cans to-go.
