All Nations is committed to providing sustainable healthy lives for Native people and the surrounding community through culturally based, holistic care.

All Nations Health Center (All Nations) is one of 41 Urban Indian Health Programs (UIHP) located throughout the United States and has been incorporated as a non-profit 501 (c)(3) community-based organization since 1970, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) community. Originally known as Qua-Qui, the founders of this organization saw a need for those AIANs who have left their reservation to seek a better way of life through higher education and/or employment to have a place to come together as Indian people to practice and preserve their culture. This need still exists today and All Nations continues to provide support to our urban AIAN community to assist in the transition from reservation life into mainstream society.
