JOIN US FOR OUR 5th annual seasonal rite of WASSAIL to raise the winter spirit of the community. A traditionally British celebration, the purpose of this ritual is to ensure a bounty of apples for the coming season. The festivities will include costumed pageantry, music, food, and ritual. This is a unique event comparable to none. We will also have our hot Wassail, made from a 10.6%ABV New England cider we call The Colonial. In the spirit of participation, we encourage everyone to attend the festivities in Old World costumes. We will be hosting several workshops to help prepare you for the festivities including mask, crown, and cup making – in partnership with Farmhand Farm & Earth Within Flowers, Full Bushel Farm, and The Clay Studio of Missoula. See details on these workshops on our Events page. Join us in making this legendary celebration – legendary! Tell your friends! Follow our stories on Instagram and Facebook as we familiarize our community with this ancient celebration. WASSAIL! (‘Waes Hael!’ means ‘Good Health!’) Performance will start near 7PM.
