Dozens of Active Markets to Choose From, May through October
With a return to spring and summer on the way, Western Montana’s farmers markets are getting ready for the new season. All the Missoula markets and many other bigger markets in the area open on Saturday, May 2, and the rest will be opening over the following several weeks.
Expect to see capacity numbers of vendors, and large enthusiastic crowds more than pleased to be able to purchase locally grown and made produce and goods. In all, we’ve found over two dozen weekly summer markets from Missoula, and all the up the Bitterroot and Flathead valleys, along with Philipsburg, Anaconda, Alberton and a few more nearby.
