The Lost Weekend: The Photography of May Pang at L.A. Design

July 14 @ 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
A Rare Opportunity for Beatles & John Lennon Fans
For two days only, L.A. Design is proud to present: THE LOST WEEKEND: THE PHOTOGRAPHY OF MAY PANG
Featuring rare and intimate photographs of John Lennon taken by May Pang during Lennon’s famous “Lost Weekend” era (1973–1975).
Few people knew John Lennon as closely as May Pang. During one of the most creative and fascinating periods of his life, May captured candid moments of Lennon that fans have rarely seen: relaxed, playful, creative, and surrounded by friends who shaped rock history.
Most importantly, May Pang will be at L.A. Design in person both days to meet guests, share stories behind the photographs, sign purchases, and answer questions about her remarkable experiences with Lennon.
EXHIBITION HIGHLIGHTS
• Rare candid photographs of John Lennon
• The only known photograph of John Lennon signing the documents that dissolved The Beatles
• One of the last photographs of John Lennon and Paul McCartney together
• Limited-edition photographs available for purchase
• Meet May Pang in person
This special exhibition coincides with the release of the acclaimed documentary: “The Lost Weekend: A Love Story”
May’s photographs reveal a side of John Lennon few people ever witnessed and offer fans a rare glimpse into one of the most important periods of his life after The Beatles.
