Western Montana’s farmers markets are in full swing for the season. Missoula alone has five Saturday markets, and with the the rest the area bustling with fresh local markets every day of the week and weekend. Missoula Downtown Partnership’s Downtown Tonight is happening from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday at Caras Park featuring local food trucks, vendors and live music this week from Montana’s groovy cover band Rocket to Uranus.
Logjam Presents welcomes the 2024 Full Draw Film Tour for archery hunting documentary screenings at The Wilma in Downtown Missoula at 7:00 pm on Thursday.
Friday is as full as the night’s full summer solstice moon –
You can take the kiddos to a grade-schoolers’ performance of “Rapunzel” at 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm on Friday at Missoula Children’s Theatre.

Opa! Missoula’s annual Greek Festival returns 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Friday, June 21 and Noon to 9:00 pm Saturday, June 22 at the Anunciation Greek Orthodox Church.
Relive all the greatest hits with Paper Flowers, “Remembering Fleetwood Mac” live from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm Friday, June 21 at Sapphire Lutheran Homes’ campus in Hamilton.
The Stevensville Civic Club presents the Culpepper & Merriweather Circus at Lewis & Clark Park Friday at 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm.
Master Americana & Roots musician Tony Furtado appears at Missoula’s Longstaff House at 7:00 pm Friday.
Logjam Presents welcomes Mat Kearney for a live performance on his Headlights Home Tour with Donovan Frankenreiter at The Wilma in Downtown Missoula at 8:00 pm on Friday.
Music in the Missions in St Ignatius Amphitheater & Park on Saturday with activities starting at 10:00 am; live music from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm featuring Kyle Hunter, Paul Bryant, and Tanner Laws.
The 2nd annual Summer Solstice Brewfest & Music Festival is at Lake County Fairgrounds in Ronan Saturday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Logjam Presents welcomes An Evening With Vampire Weekend at the KettleHouse Amphitheater in Bonner on Saturday, June 22 (SOLD OUT); but – there are tickets available for Vampire Weekend’s Sunday afternoon matinee performance at the KettleHouse Amphitheater.
Americana legend James McMurtry performs with Bonnie Whitmore 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm Friday at the Zootown Arts Community Center.

No matter what direction you wanna get outta town, you can’t go wrong. Lots of summer weekend activities and events are happening not only around Missoula, but all the way up the Flathead and the Bitterroot valleys, east to Phillipsburg and Anaconda, and out west past Alberton. If you’re headed up to Whitefish and Glacier, there are some outstanding pit stops to make along the way.
Get out & enjoy our locally-owned bars & restaurants with Montana grown / made food and beverages – they need your business! Try a new local brew! Support our local artists and vendors at the area farmers markets. Take the family for a summertime hike. Get out on the mountain bike. Catch a classic movie screening or a stand-up comedy night. Stretch that big brain at one of the local trivia nights. Sing your favorite karaoke song, or catch a live music show. Enjoy safely and responsibly.
